Life in General

Life just sucks sometimes. Braken has had a tooth loose for about a week and a half that's literally been hanging by a thread that he wouldn't let me or scott pull out he wanted too, so scott gave him a deadline to have it gone or we were going to get the pliers out and pull it ourselves. (mean huh, but it's the only way we can get him to do it or he would leave it in) he's been complaining that it hurts, he can't eat anything really cause the tooth is totally in the way, it's on the bottom row right in the front, so I got so sick of hounding him and telling him he needs to pull it or it's going to get infected. In the meantime, Saturday they had baseball practice to try and get ready for this tournament their in, in St. George in a couple weeks and he was catching balls at home plate and one of his teammates accidentally slide into home and landed on Braken's thumb with cleates on and no mitt cause it had fallen off when the kid slid into Braken, so we went to the instacare and had it looked at and just our luck he has a slight fracture to the thumb and will be in a splint at least 7 days if not more and if it's not better by next week we need to see and orthopedic surgeon. Frustrating is an under statement, he's worked so hard to be where he is at and he gets hurt right before his big start in the tournament. WHATEVER the story of my life, and Payton on the other hand hasn't felt well so he's been home from school sick trying to get better before we leave out of town. There's alot on my plate right now, and i'm trying to be very patient with this all (keep in mind I lack patience thereof) but thankgoodness for my wonderful husband who is always there telling me everythings going to be ok, which I know it is I just want it now LOL, patience remember. The good thing to this story right now is Braken did end up pulling his tooth out at school on the day of his deadline so he was pretty happy about that as were me and scott. Got Good Weather? I'm counting down the days when the heat doesn't need to be on and we can go outside without jackets on. Spring bring it on!

  1. I know what you mean about patience- life is challenging, sorry about your boys and the situations they have endured the past little bit. I am glad Scott is such a good support to you, it's always nice to have support.. Danica has tooth issues ALL the time, she has had 6 teeth pulled and her gums cut to have her bottom teeth grow: She still has not gotten her top teeth in yet so her gums will have to be cut again as well as get her two side teeth pulled, it's crazy.. We still need to get together, glad to see an update on here. So, what kind of Dog do you guys have, it is SO cute. Hang in there- Love ya
