Our trip to St. George was good, we were hoping for better and warmer weather but we didn't really get that we still needed jackets and pants on which was too bad cause I was hoping to come back with a killer tan and I got a killer wind blown face instead. We left wednesday morning which was St. Patricks day got some breakfast and was on the road by 9:30am (that's the way we roll is up early) Scott, myself, his mom Cynthia and Braken all drove in grandmas car and Payton, Grandma and Grandpa Blackham all drove in their truck pulling the trailer with the Harley on it hoping that they were going to get too ride it and they didnt' cause the weather they rode it for about 30 minutes on saturday and about froze to death so they parked it and didn't touch it, which was too bad. We stayed at the crystal inn which was a nice hotel and the kids wanted to swim so off to the pool we went. The baseball players knew they couldn't swim on game day and most of them didn't but how could you resist the 84 degree pool water? The team was guaranteed 4 games and if we won possibly could move on to saturdays tournaments but we lost our first 2 games on thursday and won our 2 games on friday and never did advance through which was ok cause saturday we did absolutely nothing but played around and of course swam. we played in washington on thursday and toquerville on friday and that was horribly cold the wind was blowing so bad alot of the grandparents had to sit in cars and try and watch the games it was so cold, washington was somewhat warm but when the sun went down it was cold there also. Our 4th and last game on Friday in toquerville it was the last inning we were down by four and we had our last ups we had 3 up 3 down when the other team was up too bat so we had this last chance to try and win the game and of course bases loaded Braken is the next one up to bat and theres two outs, Riley hit a great hit that got 1 run in and braken didn't even buckle under pressure he went out there relaxed and was having fun and hit the ball so well it brought our winning runs in to score so he won the game for the team, that moment it was all worth it, to watch a dad coaching his son and having him play so well, running to first base and his dad picking him up in his arms and swinging him around for the great job he just did and so proud of him words can't even describe as a mom what that felt like. I had the worst headache and my throat hurt after that and too have your family there for support cheering you on that's what it's all about and I couldn't be more proud of our Utah havoc team for the hard work and great ball games they played down there so hopefully our season will be just as good as that tournament. We did a little shopping, the boys played at fiesta fun, ate alot of fast food which I can go a while without now, and enjoyed everyones company, it sucked too leave but I think everyone was ready to come home and back to reality, so we left sunday at 12:30pm we stopped again in Fillmore for a bite to eat and was home by 6:00pm Our poor dog Zoey was sure happy to see us she was quit depressed while we were gone LOL, and thanks to scott's sister Lindsay who was taking care of her came and played with her a little everyday, so that was nice. Can't wait for next years March Madness Tournament. Thank you everyone for coming. We love you all!!!!
You always have to start a trip off with a good breakfast at Village Inn! Happy St. Patricks Day Chillin like a villain
Just hangin in the good old town of Fillmore

we stopped in Fillmore which is half way to st. george and got out of the car to stretch and walk around since at this point the boys were already sick of being in the car and we still had two hours to go, they spotted this bear statue and begged me to take a picture of them by it, they wanted to sit on it but there was a sign that said to stay off, so standing by it was as good as they got, crazy boys, we also waited for our friends (the Johnson's) too meet us here so we could all follow each other down, great times had by all! We finally made it and got checked into our hotel now we can somewhat relax, SMILE!!!

The first thing the boys wanted to do was go swimming so we checked in and off we went
