Paradise aka HAWAII

Pack your bags cause were going to Hawaii! What? Yep I heard it right, Scott won a trip from his work to hawaii and I was excited but also very nervous cause I have never been before and I hate flying, needless to say over water too, I can't think about it. And then having to wait for months to go you would think I'd have a six pack by now with the butterflies in my stomach, too bad they couldn't have eaten my fat away lol. And I don't mess around when it comes to packing (how could you when there is 4 of you too pack right?) I had all of us packed about 1 month in advance, lol i make my self laugh cause watching my kids live out of a suitcase while were at home doesn't seem reasonable, but I do it anyways so that when the time does come to leave I definately have everything I need, ( most the time). Anyways it was everything I imagined Hawaii to look like and be, it was absolutely beautiful, 1 full week with the love of my life in Hawaii in 80 degree weather just relaxing I couldnt have asked for more. I really enjoyed our time together and if your wondering the plane ride wasnt bad at all so I did make it alive there and back thank goodness, I was worrying myself sick. Enjoy the pictures, I took alot more but had to pick my favorites for the blog. Can't wait to take our kids back one day!!!

The first full day there our sponspored group we went with did a catamaran sail and snorkel, and our instructor guy found a real octupus, bet you wouldn't see one of these in Utah? what an amazing creature.

Our boys wanted a picture of us with our feet in the sand and swimming in the beach, and they got plenty of them.

Another night our friends and I booked an excursion to swim with the Manta Rays at night, now that was quit the experience and I personally wouldn't ever do it again.

This is how dark it was on the water. Can you say UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!!

Beautiful Scenery

Scott and Rychard thought they would jungle it down to the waterfall in areas you weren't suppose to walk, me and Katie were just waiting for the waterfall to sweep them both down.

we went to a luau, the first for me, and it was quit interesing to say the least, considering my husband volunteered me to get up and shake my booty with the professionals, EMBARRASSING.

This was our last night there, and the group that sponsored us took us to a really nice restaurant for dinner.

Scott is trying a paddle board, and he said it's harder than it looks, it took him a few trys until he could stand on it, it was fun watching him.

We had a great time, this really was a fun trip and I would do it again in a heart beat. Our boys didn't get to go but were hoping one day we can take them back and let them experience what we were able to. The boys stayed with Grandma cynthia (scott's mom) and scott called every morning at 5am hawaii time 8am utah time right before they went off to school, and they couldn't believe it was still dark where we were and had been light for an hour now where they were. we missed them so much and I think by the end we were all pretty home sick, even though I did have a hard time pulling scott off the beach our last day there, he was enjoying himself just way to much, but I guess it's true what they say "All Good Things Must Come To An End" and that it did.
